Reverse Glass Painting - Wedding Procession
This is one of my favourite Reverse Glass Painting that depicts the scene of Wedding Procession in India. The Bride groom is seated on a white decorated horse like a king wearing a turban - that indicates honor, followed by beautifully dressed bride carried in sedan chair, accompanied with their family members along with band.
This reverse glass painting made using acrylic, pearl and gold colors. The most prominent step in the style of painting is that the gem stones on different pieces are painted first and then coated with gold color to provide the jewelery effect.
